PRAYER CONCERNS: "They all joined together constantly in prayer..." Acts 1:14 1. Pray for the many independent Christian Book and Gift stores that are struggling to stay alive in today's competitive marketplace (see Product Page for more). 3. Pray for all the suffering children and families at St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Pray Nancy's long-time vision of ministering to the families associated with this amazing hospital would be realized. Pray that a sponsor or sponsors would come forth to finance this event. 3. Pray for Jolie, a Christian woman who has a disease similar to Nancy's. She is currently being fed intravenously, is very fatigued and is in great need of spiritual and emotional healing. Pray for her family, as well, as they travel alongside Jolie. 4. Reaching Higher: Pray for many hearts to be touched and changed through Nancy's book, "Suffering: The Treasures We Find." Pray that God will open doors to place the book in the hands who need it most. Pray that churches will invite her to speak to their congregations to further her ( or more accurately, His) message, as well. And pray that He will increase finances so she can spread the message He has given her locally, regionally and nationally. Pray for barriers to be torn down and God to move hearts, supporting her efforts to promote the true Gospel message. 5. Pray for favorable responses from two nationally televised programs that have requested a copy of Nancy's book and personal testimony. 6. Pray that Nancy's heart and mind will ALWAYS focus on ministry, first and foremost. Pray she will trust God to meet all other needs. 10. Nancy Parli's Health: Pray that her recent major surgery at Mayo Clinic will improve her health so she has the strength to minister as God calls.
THANKSGIVING TO GOD: 1. Thank Jesus that Nancy's books and message are just beginning to gain momentum as she has finalized important speaking engagements and has acquired a Manager and Publisher. 2 Thank Jesus for Inspiration Ministries, an amazing, grace filled residential ministry that provides housing, programs, Bible Studies, a camp and other resources for individuals with chronic and terminal illnesses, as well as disabilities. Pray for strength and wisdom for the staff as they walk alongside those who struggle and suffer and selflessly show God's love daily.
We are currently working on making email access available to give you an opportunity to submit your prayer requests. We will post them so you can be assured a multitude of believers will be praying for you. We take each request seriously, opposed to simply saying, "Yeah, we'll pray for you!"
